Notary Public / Signing Agent
A notary public can help you to handle various matters. We offer Notary Public services and are available when you need us. You must have a valid State-issued photo ID, such as a driver license or passport. Documents to be notarized that require a witness signature, all parties must be present must be present at the time of the service. If you can’t provide witnesses, we can provide them for you. If the document (s) are signed prior to the notary’s being present, by law we are not allowed to notarize documents, and therefore we will be unable to assist you. Keep in mind, the whole purpose of a Notary is to legitimize and verify through proper documentation, that the person signing the document “is in fact” the person in front of the notary public.
